This guide summarises valuable knowledge and practical methods & experiences that can be used by practitioners to facilitate the process of implementing Career Circles™ to support adults who wish to develop their skills, and other clients, to contribute more strongly to meaningful change in their personal and professional life.

It is mainly directed towards adult practitioners (career advisors, recruiters, trainers, mentors, other experts) for supporting their clients to articulate attitudes, skills and knowledge to improve their employment through new, individualised and emphatic approaches.
