Inclusive+ Project

Inclusive+ is a strategic partnership gathering five partners from five different countries to enhance labour market integration of low qualified people by improving and extending the existent support tools for intermediary professionals. The partnership believes that to design a targeted path for up-skilling low qualified; it is absolutely necessary to start with appropriate assessment methods.

The main objective of the project is innovation, which will be used to create, flexible and adaptable tools to help discover, document and develop low qualified workers skills.

The expected results will be twofold: on one hand, we will produce open sourced Intellectual Outputs for Intermediary Professionals, such as: i) Competence Assessment Cards for Low Skilled Adult Workers; ii) Careers CirclesTM Programme Training for Facilitators; iii) Facilitators Guide. On the other hand, we will improve and extend skills and competences of all participants involved in this project. The aim of this is to improve and extend the offer of instruments used in our daily practice.

Also the project will provide an unique opportunity to work in teams in a common foreign language; sharing and confronting ideas and practices and enabling collaboration in a challenging and useful project as well as increase low qualified people future opportunities due to more targeted support services.

As it has been mentioned above, this project will produce three Intellectual Outputs:

  1. Competence Assessment Cards for Low Skilled Adults; that would consist in a profile-screening method especially designed for Low Skilled/Qualified counseling to identify their “basic employability skills”.

  2. Career CirclesTM – Programme Training for Intermediary Professionals, which is a combination of action learning, coaching and peer mentoring principles that provide mentees with a wider source of support and inspiration for idea generation and greater creativity in problem solving during a period of career development or change.

  3. Facilitator Guide which will consist of a PDF, downloadable version of the guide.
